Alana Hecker
Alana graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Human Kinetics, in 2011. As part of the program she spent time in Australia working with the Country Fire Authority performing health seminars for volunteer fire fighters and fitness testing for career recruits.
Alana is a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT) and worked as a personal trainer for 3 years before beginning as a registered massage therapist with the Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan(MTAS). She completed her schooling in Regina at the Western College of Remedial Therapies in 2013.
Alana is a Graston Technique Provider, and has completed courses in myofascial cupping and Faciitated Stretching. She is an accredited SGI,WBC, and Veterans Affairs provider.
